These Terms of Service govern your use of drinkexhale.co.za and any purchase made through the website.

The website and online store are operated by Phagamo Group under the Exhale MG+ brand. Throughout these Terms, “Exhale MG+”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Phagamo Group.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

Products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product or correct an error in product information without prior notice.

If information affecting an order is materially incorrect, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected information or cancelling and refunding the affected order.

Prices

All prices are displayed in South African rand unless stated otherwise.

The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price that applies to that order, subject to the correction of obvious errors.

Standard delivery within South Africa is currently included in the advertised product price.

We may change prices, promotions or product availability at any time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where required by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

  • The product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised

  • Incorrect product or pricing information was displayed

  • The order violates these Terms or applicable law

  • We cannot deliver to the address provided

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount due using the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing times.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and authorised third-party payment providers.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information supplied is accurate.

We do not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card details. Payment providers process this information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver only within South Africa.

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Weekends and South African public holidays are excluded.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, high order volumes or delivery to remote areas.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active telephone number. Please review our Shipping Policy for complete delivery terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any delivery right available to you under applicable South African law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened, used, damaged or unsealed consumable products may not qualify for return unless they are defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise returnable under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit a right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable legislation.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including:

  • Validity periods

  • Product or order-value requirements

  • Usage limits

  • Customer eligibility

  • Restrictions on combining offers

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an error, misuse or suspected fraudulent activity, subject to applicable law.

Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content, you confirm that:

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
