Exhale MG+ is a conveniently portioned magnesium glycinate supplement designed to fit into an evening routine. Each box contains 14 individually wrapped Orange Citrus sachets.

What is in each sachet?

Each 5 g sachet provides:

• 200 mg magnesium

• 500 mg L-theanine

• 200 mg L-glycine

• 12 mg vitamin B6

The current Exhale MG+ formula is available in Orange Citrus.

What kind of magnesium does it contain?

Exhale MG+ contains magnesium supplied from magnesium glycinate and magnesium malate.

Exhale MG+ is a dietary or health supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Preparation and use

How do I prepare Exhale MG+?

Mix one sachet with 300 to 500 ml of water and stir or shake until properly dissolved.

When should I take it?

The suggested use is to consume one sachet approximately 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime as part of your evening routine.

Always follow the directions shown on the product packaging.

Can I take it every day?

Use the product according to its label directions. If you plan to use any supplement regularly, particularly alongside medication or other supplements, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

Can I use it after exercise?

Exhale MG+ can be incorporated into an evening routine following an active day. It does not need to be taken immediately after training.

How much water should I use?

Use between 300 and 500 ml of water. You can adjust the amount within that range according to your preferred taste.

Can I use more than one sachet?

Do not exceed the recommended use shown on the packaging unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.

Store Exhale MG+ in a cool, dry place below 25°C and keep it out of reach of children.

How many sachets are in one box?

The current box contains 14 individually wrapped 5 g sachets.

Why are the sachets individually wrapped?

The individual sachets provide a consistent, pre-portioned format without the need for scooping or measuring. They are also convenient to carry when travelling or moving between daily activities.

Is a larger pack available?

A 30-sachet pack is planned for a later release. It is not currently available for purchase.

Can I subscribe and receive regular deliveries?

Subscriptions are planned for a future phase alongside the 30-sachet pack. The current 14-sachet product is available as a once-off purchase.

Orders and delivery

Where does Exhale MG+ deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa.

Is standard delivery included?

Yes. Standard delivery within South Africa is included in the advertised product price unless stated otherwise during checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, remote destinations, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Do you offer express or overnight delivery?

Express and overnight delivery are not currently available.

Will I receive tracking information?

Where tracking is available, the relevant information will be sent using the contact details provided with your order.

What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or handed to the courier.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed?

Check your tracking information first. If your estimated delivery period has passed without an update, contact us with your name and order number so that we can investigate.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the parcel and affected products

We will review the matter in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

Returns and support

Can I return an unopened box?

Eligible unopened products may be returned in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. The product must remain unused, sealed and in a resalable condition unless it is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Can I return an opened supplement?

For health and hygiene reasons, opened supplements generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This does not limit any rights you may have if the product is defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied.
